At Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, to determine the limits of ethically acceptable practices in all stages of housing, breeding, isolating, transporting, using in experiments and observing animals to be used for experimental, testing and training purposes, and to examine research proposals from this perspective. The aim is to determine the principles regarding the establishment and working principles of the "Animal Experiments Ethics Committee" to be formed, the presentation of the planned actions, the examination of research proposals, the authorization of their applications and their termination when necessary.
